AB 1373 Discussion/possible action on the request of Vice Mayor Hamilton per Rule 3(E)(11)(a) of the City Council Rules of Procedure to reconsider Council action taken at the January 24, 2012 meeting approving amendments to the City Council Rules of Procedure. A motion to reconsider will first be discussed and voted upon, and if passed, the Council will then deliberate anew on the previously proposed amendments to the Council Rules of Procedure.

Upon a public majority vote of the members constituting a quorum, the Council may hold an Executive Session that is not open to the public for the following purposes: a. To consult with legal counsel per A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A)(3) and (A)(4) for legal advice and to consider its position and instruct its attorneys regarding the City's position on pending litigation, to wit: Sedona Grande, LLC v. City of Sedona, Yavapai County Case No. V1300CV820080129. b. To consult with legal counsel for advice on matters listed on this agenda per A.R.S. § 38- 431.03(A)(3) c. Return to open session.
