The applicant has failed to comply with the conditions of approval as approved by the City Council on July 12, 2011. On January 12, 2012, the Director of Community Development suspended the conditional use permit for failure to comply with the conditions of approval per section 402.10-E of the Sedona Land Development Code. The property is currently zoned RS- 35 (Single-family). The subject property is further identified as Assessor’s Parcel Number 408-02-110B. Case Number: CUP2011-1.
