AB 1450 Discussion/possible action on approval of a Professional Services Contract in an amount not to exceed $25,918 with Nelson/Nygaard Consulting Associates, Inc. for a parking management study for the Uptown area of Sedona.
AB 1434 Discussion/possible action on the site selection for a Public Works storage/maintenance yard and possible action directing City staff to consummate the final purchase of a selected site. Possible properties under consideration include: 1. 2070 Contractor’s Road (.83 acres zoned C-3); 2. 2250 Shelby Road (1.24 acres zoned C-3); and 3. 50 Sinagua Drive (.61 acres zoned C-2).
