AB 1805 Informational update/discussion/possible action related to the Slide Fire in Oak Creek Canyon. This agenda item is intended to provide an opportunity for informing the City Council and Sedona citizens of the latest developments concerning this local disaster. The Council may discuss and take any action it deems necessary within its powers in order to facilitate the preservation of life and property. Actions may include but not be limited to seeking emergency declarations from the State and Federal Government.
AB 1790 Public hearing/discussion/possible action on the adoption of a resolution and ordinance amending the Sedona City Code, Chapter 14.05 implementing new Development Impact Fees and City Code provisions governing the implementation of said fees, as required by A.R.S. § 9-463.05. The proposed ordinance also amends the Consolidated Fee Schedule by incorporating the proposed new development impact fees.
