AB 1805 Informational update/discussion related to the Slide Fire in Oak Creek Canyon. This agenda item is intended to provide an opportunity for informing the City Council and Sedona citizens of the latest developments concerning this local disaster. The Council may discuss and take any action it deems necessary within its powers in order to facilitate the preservation of life and property. Actions may include but not be limited to seeking emergency declarations from the State and Federal Government.
AB 1798 Final terms secured for the refinancing of the City’s existing 2004 Excise Tax Revenue Refunding Obligations.
AB 1791 concerning: 1) An ordinance adopting proposed new monthly wastewater rates and wastewater capacity fees in accordance with A.R.S. § 9-511.01, and 2) A resolution and ordinance amending Title 13, Division I of the Sedona City Code (Wastewater).
AB 1779 regarding the activities and accomplishments of the City's new Citizen Engagement Program and the citizen ideas and input obtained since its inception.
AB 1795 a request by the League of Arizona Cities and Towns for the submittal of resolutions by Arizona cities and towns to be reviewed by the League’s Resolutions Committee. The adopted resolutions are then outlined in the annual Municipal Policy Statement, which serves as the principal guide for the League's legislative program for the upcoming 2015 State Legislative session.
