AB 1836 Approval of a Trail Corridor Access Easement Agreement between the City of Sedona and the property owners of parcels 408-26-090F and 408-26-090G, which includes the purchase by the City of a 10-foot wide public use trail access easement across both properties in support of the realignment of the USFS Airport Loop Trail.
AB 1832 Approval of a resolution approving a combined development and intergovernmental agreement with Sathcupa, LLC and Yavapai County Community College District, authorizing the dedication and acceptance of a public right-of-way extending Cultural Park Place and Arts Village Drive, upon completion of roadway improvements meeting current City standards, to be constructed by the Yavapai County Community College District and Sathcupa, LLC, and further authorizing the opening of an escrow account to process the property dedication.

AB 1838 Discussion/possible action on an Ordinance correcting a clerical error in Ordinance No. 2014- 09. The error concerns the basis for calculating water-usage based sewer rates. Exhibit A to the ordinance entitled "Wastewater Fee Schedule" erroneously indicated that said rate is based on thousands of gallons (Kgal) rather than hundreds of gallons, (Hgal). The proposed ordinance will correct this rate table to properly indicate that the rate should be based on hundreds of gallons of water usage. It is further proposed that said ordinance be passed as an emergency measure.
