AB 1875 Discussion/possible action on a resolution and ordinance amending Chapter 8.15 (Nuisances) of the Sedona City Code by adding provisions governing deceptive and/or misleading advertising. The proposed ordinance will contain among other things, provisions related to signs for vacation timeshare solicitors, vacation club solicitors, timeshare sellers, and vacation club membership sellers, and regulations governing conduct of solicitors.
