AB 2017 Public hearing/discussion/possible action on a resolution and ordinance modifying Sedona’s tax code to reflect that Sedona will no longer be a self-collecting city for the collection, administration and processing of transaction privilege taxes and will return to being a program city under Arizona Department of Revenue, and adopting the 2012-2014 Model City Tax Code Changes approved by the Municipal Tax Code Commission.
AB 2018 Presentation/discussion/possible direction from the Sedona Chamber of Commerce & Tourism Bureau (SCoC&TB) on the destination marketing, visitor services, and product development efforts during the first full year of the contractual agreement between the City and the SCoC&TB for tourism promotion services (July 1, 2014 - June 30, 2015).
AB 2022 Discussion/possible action on a resolution and ordinance amending the Sedona City Code Chapter 5.05 (Business Licensing) to eliminate the license requirement for residential rental properties and to add language to further clarify when a license is required.
