AB 2052 Public hearing/discussion/possible action regarding a resolution and ordinance amending the Sedona Land Development Code Article 9, Section 918, Accessory Dwelling Units (ADU), to add clarity in the regulations and remove perceived impediments to the establishment of long-term rental accessory dwelling units.
AB 2023 Discussion/possible action regarding award of a Job Order Contract to J. Banicki Construction, Inc. in the amount of $115,125 for construction of the Posse Grounds Bike Skills Park Projects.
