FROM THE REGULAR BUSINESS SECTION OF THE AGENDA: a. AB 1458 the makeup of a committee(s) to review the small grant and service contracts funding processes, and the procedure by which this group(s) will convene to develop recommendations for changes/improvements. The small grants are awarded to not for profit agencies doing community building, economic stimulation and arts & culture programs or projects. The contracts fund services the City does not provide, but may otherwise have to, as well as other services that provide additional public benefit.
FROM THE CURRENT EVENTS SECTION OF THE AGENDA: a. City Manager’s status report to the Council on the dome collapse during construction of the Posse Grounds Pavilion. The City Council will have a brief opportunity to ask general questions regarding this matter; however, no decisions or motions will be made at this time.
