AB 1497 the approval of a $91,650 allocation ($53,460 of wastewater funds and $38,190 of general fund contingency) to fund a new collections program for the pursuit of delinquent transaction privilege taxes (TPT) and wastewater fees. This allocation would fund the program for the second half of the 2012-13 fiscal year.
