AB 1683 Ordinance to increase the Transient Lodging (Bed) Tax by .5%, and allocate 50% of the total bed tax collections to a destination marketing organization for destination marketing, product development activities and operation of the Visitor’s Center. b. AB 1679 Bike Skills Park at Posse Grounds Park. c. AB 1673 award of a construction contract for the Harmony-Windsong Phase IV Drainage Project to Standard Construction Company, Inc., in the amount of $987,284.35.

Upon a public majority vote of the members constituting a quorum, the Council may hold an Executive Session that is not open to the public for the following purposes: a. To consult with legal counsel for advice on matters listed on this agenda per A.R.S. § 38- 431.03(A)(3). b. To consult with legal counsel for advice per A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A)(3) regarding acquisition of property located at 250 Brewer Road, Sedona, AZ, Coconino County Parcel Number 401-38- 013D and for discussions and consultations with designated representatives of the City in order to consider its position and instruct its representatives regarding negotiations for the purchase of said property per A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A)(7). c.
