AB 1711 a resolution and ordinance amending the Sedona City Code by adding Chapter 10.30 Parking Lots and Garages setting forth regulations for off-street parking and parking lots operated and leased by the City. b. AB 1705 the work that has been completed to date regarding parking and traffic issues in the Uptown area of Sedona; Council approval of five public parking agreements; and Council approval of a $34,000 operating contingency appropriation to fund parking improvements. c. AB 1712 a resolution waiving applicable development impact, stormwater and sewer capacity fees for the Verde Valley Habitat for Humanity new home construction project located at 55 Grounds Drive, Sedona, Arizona, finding that the construction of the Habitat for Humanity new home construction project meets the objectives and criteria as outlined in the City’s Development Incentives and Guidelines for Affordable Housing and authorizing staff to use the dedicated affordable housing fund to compensate for the waived fees. d.
