AB 1646 a Resolution authorizing an Intergovernmental Agreement/Joint Power Agreement (IGA/JPA13-0002982-I) with ADOT regarding State Route 260 improvements. It has been requested that the City of Sedona show support for proposed improvements on SR 260 between I-17 and the City of Cottonwood. b. AB 1714 the new Citizen Engagement Program including: 1) review and approval of the new Citizen Engagement Program Plan and implementation timeline; 2) adoption of an ordinance approving the sunset of certain Commissions; and 3) adoption of a resolution and ordinance memorializing the City’s commitment to citizen engagement. c. AB 1716 a resolution addressing Arizona’s immigration discussion. d. AB 1708 regarding including a moment of silence at the beginning of Council meetings. e. AB 1707 a resolution and ordinance updating the City of Sedona’s Consolidated Fee Schedule. 4. FROM THE EXECUTIVE SESSION SECTION OF THE AGENDA If an Executive Session is necessary, it will be held in the Vultee Conference Room at 106 Roadrunner Drive. Upon a public majority vote of the members constituting a quorum, the Council may hold an Executive Session that is not open to the public for the following purposes: a.
