FROM THE EXECUTIVE SESSION SECTION OF THE AGENDA If an Executive Session is necessary, it will be held in the Vultee Conference Room at 106 Roadrunner Drive. Upon a public majority vote of the members constituting a quorum, the Council may hold an Executive Session that is not open to the public for the following purposes: a. To consult with legal counsel for advice on matters listed on this agenda per A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A)(3). b. For discussion or consultation with legal counsel for legal advice and to consider its position and instruct its legal counsel regarding the City’s position in the following pending or contemplated litigation or contracts that are the subject of negotiation, or settlement discussions in order to avoid or resolve litigation per A.R.S. § 38- 431.03(A)(3) and (4), specifically the claim of CPC Construction Inc. against the City of Sedona. 5.
