IF YOU PUT INTO EFFECT THE CURRENT PLAN, I BELIEVE YOU'LL BE CREATING SOME SERIOUS PROBLEMS THAT YOU SHOULD FIRST SOLVE. DUE TO THE LIMITED TIME ACCORDING, I WILL SPEAK TO JUST TWO SUCH PROBLEMS. WHEN YOU LOOK AT THE, THE HOTEL ROOM RATE A DR FOR THAT AVERAGE FOR THE YEAR TO DATE, UM, WE'RE STILL UP IN THOSE, THOSE HIGH AMOUNTS. UM, WHEN YOU KIND OF LOOK AT THIS, THIS TREND ON THE ROOM RATES AND YOU CAN SEE THE GRADUAL GOING UP. AND, UM, SO IT'S KIND OF IN THAT VICINITY OF LIKE, IF WE HADN'T HAD THOSE SPIKES IN THERE, UM, WITH THE COMING OUT OF THE COVID CLOSURES THAT IT'S PROBABLY ABOUT WHERE IT WOULD'VE BEEN. UH, THIS IS TAKING THAT SAME AVERAGE HOTEL ROOM RATE YEAR TO DATE CHART ON THE LEFT, AND THEN COMPARING TO THE REVPAR INFORMATION, UM, YEAR TO DATE. AND YOU CAN SEE A LOT OF SIMILARITY IN THAT, UM, CHART AS WELL. THE WAY IT TRACKS, IT DOESN'T TRACK, IF I GO BACK, UM, A SLIDE, SO YOU CAN SEE A LOT OF VARIABILITY IN THE OCCUPANCY, BUT THE, UM, COMPARISON OF ROOM RATE TO, UM, REVPAR, UM, TRACKS FAIRLY CLOSELY. SO IT IS, IT IS VERY MUCH A DRIVING FACTOR IN THE REVPAR NUMBER. UM, SO AS WE'VE TALKED IN THE PAST, UM, SALES TAXES ARE DUE THE 20TH OF THE MONTH FOLLOWING WHEN THEY ARE. SO, UM, WE ARE IN THE MONTH OF FEBRUARY, FEBRUARY, TAXES ARE STILL BEING COLLECTED, UM, BY THE, THE BUSINESSES BY MARCH 20TH. THEY'RE REQUIRED TO HAVE FILED THEIR REPORTS. UM, AND THEN IT TAKES, UM, UNTIL EARLY APRIL BEFORE A OR THE ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE WOULD ACTUALLY HAVE ALL THE FEBRUARY, UH, REPORTING CLOSE AND BE GIVING US THE INFORMATION.
