UM, SO NOW WE'RE AT, THE EXTERIOR WAS RENOVATED IN 2022.

WE WERE HOPING WE'VE STARTED THE INTERIOR IN FY 23.

AND, UM, THAT'S PART OF WHAT WE WANTED TO HAVE A DISCUSSION TODAY.

SO THIS WAS THE ORIGINAL MASTER PLAN THAT SHOWED, UM, SIMILAR COM COM CONCEPT.

WE STUCK WITH IT PRETTY CLOSE.

I DO WANNA GO BACK, UM, WHAT, I'VE GOT A SLIDE ALONG THE SOUTHERN PORTION.

WHAT THERE'S ACTUALLY A FLOODPLAIN THAT WASN'T TAKEN INTO CONSIDERATION.

AND SO THAT HAD TO PUSH THINGS AROUND A LITTLE BIT AND CHANGE SOME THINGS BECAUSE IT WAS PRETTY SUBSTANTIAL.

AND THE ROCK HOUSE THAT'S ON THAT SOUTHEAST CORNER WAS ACTUALLY FLOODING.

AND SO WE WANTED TO BE A GOOD NEIGHBOR.

SO WE PUT A SEAT WALL THERE TO DIRECT THE FLOWS AND HELP PROTECT THAT, UH, STONE HOUSE.

AND ALSO WE WANT THE WATER TO SOAK IN.

SO WE'VE GOT WHAT I CALL CASCADING BASINS, WHERE IT'LL GO INTO THE BASIN ONCE IT FILLS UP A FOOT OR SO.
